We had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel in the heart of Amsterdam. The building is older and full of character, nestled right at a major intersection—so yes, you’ll hear the street trolleys going by, but it’s all part of the city’s energy, and the easy access to transportation more than makes up for it. The location is fantastic—walking distance to the major museums, great restaurants, and right across the street from a lovely park. This area is one of the older parts of Amsterdam, and the surrounding neighborhood architecture is absolutely beautiful. We had rooms in two different parts of the hotel. Our adult children stayed in a loft-style room up a steep staircase that felt more like a ladder—such a classic Amsterdam touch. We stayed in a suite in the older part of the building, with soaring ceilings (maybe four meters high!) and big windows that looked out onto the park. It was spacious, bright, and full of charm. The suite also had a cozy little living room area, which made it feel even more comfortable. The staff were wonderful—very accommodating, and they even let us check in several hours early, which we really appreciated after a long travel day. We loved the playful and inviting vibe of the lobby and had a drink or two at the cute little bar. The only downside was the breakfast—not great, and not included in the price. Overall, this was a lovely place to stay. The rooms were nicely updated, the beds comfortable, and the experience felt authentic and memorable. We’d happily return!

This hotel was everything we needed for 48 hours in Amsterdam. I did a lot of research prior to the trip to make sure we were quite close to what we wanted to do. There is a tram stop opposite and across the road that made getting around so easy, but also restaurants and bars are within walking distance. You can download the tram app and pay €9.50 for a 24-hour pass, and you can hop on and off as many times as you want. We had a small double room, which was small but we didn't need anything more. It was just enough to wash and sleep in. I originally booked a basement room and the team messaged prior to the trip to let me know and gave me the option to upgrade so that we had a window in the room, which I thought was very nice and helpful! The room and shower room was lovely and clean, towels and hairdryer provided. There is a little bar in reception and do good coffee in the morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were very lucky with the weather too, which made the trip even better... We will be more than happy to stay here again Thankyou 😊

We are from Malaysia. The hotel Location is very strategic. Very convenient to walk to the nearest tram station, which is right infront of hotel. You can roam around the city just by trams. For metro (train) you will have to walk about 10mins to reach the station. Very close by to the canal & have a nice city view. If you dont want to take the breakfast package, you can always find the nearest coffee shop infront of the hotel, literally everywhere. Very nearby to Halal restaurants as well. The staff who greet us was very friendly. He let us keep our baggage first, before we can checked in, as we arrived very early in the morning. We booked 1 loft and 1 standard room. We loved the loft the most, which has complete house stuffs like kitchenette and microwave. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

We loved this room for our stay, it was a small room that we had but we were really happy with it. The bed was very comfy and everything was very clean. It was also lovely to come back in the evening to find that they had tidied the bed and replaced towels. This is the perfect room for going to amsterdam as you're more than likely going to be out all day so to come back to a clean and cool (temperature) room, it was so lovely. The staff as well are some of the loveliest people you will meet. Always smiling and happy to see you! As for the location, it is a perfect walking distance from lots of restaurants and also the market! Also near some really lovely parks that we spent a lot of time in!

Reception staff were super friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. Diane was so lovely and gave us lots of top tips and made us very welcome and check in and checkout was seamless. They let us borrow an umbrella, gave us stroopwaffles when we left, and looked after our luggage all day. We had the BEST nights sleep and the room was very clean, the perfect temperature and very well provisioned. Extremely comfortable bed and I can say that we would definitely stay here again. Extra pillows were available, the hairdrier was decent, the bluetooth radio was a lovely touch, shower was strong and hot, big TV, everything was fabulous!
